The iconic Wan Dora tavern, located at 17th & Minnesota, inspired filmmakers to bring Twisters to Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Following Chickasha's Film Friendly certification in 2021, and the filming of A Cowgirl's Song (2022), Twisters was the first major production to film here. Watch the video to hear from the crew and local community members who made it all possible.
